From pristine private beaches to luxury club interiors, our property has hosted iconic photoshoots and productions including HBO’s The Sopranos, Apple TV’s WeCrashed, Netflix’s Pose, and Starz’s Power, among many others over the years.

Our two distinct properties—The Shores and The Shores West—provide the aesthetic of the Hamptons with the financial and geographical advantages of a local NYC shoot. Situated within the NYC 30-Mile Studio Zone, both sites feature expansive, private on-site parking lots capable of accommodating trucks, buses, and other large production vehicles. With direct, level access from the lot to the sand, we ensure rapid load-ins and pack-ups, eliminating the need for complex off-site shuttling or municipal parking permits.

To keep your production running efficiently and simplify logistics for your team, we provide comprehensive in-house catering packages and dining facilities, on-site filtered water stations for all-day hydration, and well-maintained bathroom and shower facilities. Our dedicated on-site team provides hands-on support from start to finish, ensuring your production runs smoothly.
